Insa Onken

Insa Onken’s work moves between music, documentary film, and reportage. From 1995 to 2003, she studied music at the Cologne University of Music and Dance before pursuing teacher training in biology and educational science at the University of Cologne. After participating in the Berlinale Talent Campus, she completed a diploma in film and television at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne from 2006 to 2011. She has worked independently as a musician and filmmaker since 2003.
