Friedemann von Rechenberg

Friedemann von Rechenberg’s sound worlds range from electronic and film music to sound design, sound art, and contemporary music. Born in 1973, the composer, sound designer, and music producer lives in Munich. After training at the Neue Jazzschool München, he studied film music and sound design at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg. His innovative work and award-winning remixes have earned him several honours, including the “Electric Renaissance” music prize at the Handel Festival Halle in 2004.
