Film Producer Caroline Kirberg

Caroline Kirberg combines creative film production with production management, teaching, and film-policy engagement. She studied Film Studies and English at Freie Universität Berlin and took part in international professional development programmes. Since 2022, she has been managing director of the production company pong film. Alongside her practical work, she teaches at several universities and contributes to film-policy debates.
