Filmfestival Taiwan International Documentary Festival

Since 1998, the Taiwan International Documentary Festival has been a firmly established event on the Asian documentary film circuit. Every two years, it transforms Taipei into a meeting place for film art, discussion and exchange, presenting around 130 to 140 films alongside awards, Q&As, workshops and accompanying programmes. TIDF gives both established and emerging filmmakers the opportunity to present their work to an international audience and help shape documentary film culture in Asia.
