Founded in 1996, the Milan International Film Festival (MIFF) takes place every autumn in Milan, Italy. It presents an international programme of feature films, documentaries and short films, with a particular focus on independent cinema. The festival aims to support emerging cinematic voices and strengthen Milan as a contemporary film hub.
